The role

Freight Brokerage
Agent

This is a brokerage role — which means you'll be operating between clients who need freight moved and carriers who move it. Your job is to make that process smooth, reliable, and professionally managed on both sides.

It's a role that rewards people who are organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in doing things right. It's also a role that will challenge you — the freight industry is fast-moving and unpredictable.

Honest note: This work isn't always easy. There will be difficult situations, demanding clients, and carriers that don't cooperate. What we offer is a structure, a team, and a process that makes those challenges manageable — and a culture where you're not handling them alone.

Client management

Build and maintain relationships with shippers — from initial quote to post-delivery follow-up.

Load coordination

Match freight to the right equipment and carrier, verify documentation, and manage the move end-to-end.

Carrier relations

Work with a network of verified carriers — negotiating rates, managing expectations, and maintaining professional relationships.

Problem resolution

When issues arise — and they will — assess, communicate, and guide all parties toward a workable solution.

Process adherence

Follow GT Group's defined operational process on every load — documentation, communication, and execution standards included.
